"First, let me comment that the package presentation was first rate. The inclusion of s suit travel bag and hanger was a nice touch. The garment appears to be well made and, though I was concerned about ordering a checked jacket, the fabric was subtle and attractive. I have always selected suits and jackets based primarily on feel/touch. This fabric has a nice smooth, almost silky finish. The fit was just right though the arms are a tad bit long. I have size 42 arms, but a 44 chest. But, I expected that minor detail. Overall, a top-notch job from Twillory."

"I originally ordeed a slim fir 42, and exchanged it bc it was too tight in the shoulders. I went up a size to 44. However, now its way to loose in the belly area. Pretty disappointed. I will say, the blazer looks great and the customer service was excellent, just doesnt fit correctly."

"I purchased a 46 regular performance blazer because there were no 46 shorts which is my size it’s too long. I need to take it back. Do you have any blazers that are 46 short. Also, I got two pair of pants delivered with that same order they are the wrong type. It’s my fault. I wanted to get the same type of pants that I ordered last month the blue I’m not sure. Fit almost perfect for a short but built guy

"I got this as a suit and the pants, I ordered a 48r jacket and 36-30 pants, pants were absolutely spot on, the jacket I probably could have used a 48 la but that unfortunately wasn’t an option, like anywhere. The shoulder has a little bit thicker padding for shape than I wanted too, but I’m a competitive powerlifter so my build is far from normal. The stretch is great, material feels nice and seems to breathe well. You’ll be able to see me in it compensating the 2026 Americans pro powerlifting meet"

How will my blazer be packaged?

We're going to do you right: All Twillory blazers and tuxedo jackets come to you in a premium travel garment bag, with a three-dimensional hanger to keep it in mint condition, from Day 1 to Day 10,001. The rest of your closet will be jealous.

Can I really wash this at home?

Hundred percent. Our blazers are fully machine-washable, because dry cleaning is so 1990's. Just toss it in, wash on cold, and dry it flat on a clean towel. For best results, add minimal detergent and never use bleach. While our blazers are designed to be wrinkle-free, a quick once-over with a warm iron can keep lapels crisp and provide an exceptionally smooth look. If you just want someone else to deal with it, dry cleaning won't break it, scout's honor.

What's the difference between Performance and AIR suits?

Because no two guys have the same day, our suits come in a variety of styles and fabrics, but the two main ones are our Performance and AIR lines.

Think of our Performance Fabric as your daily ride-or-die. It's a lightweight blend with structure, a bit of stretch, and designed to put up with activities that can cause wear-and-tear on other suits. If you're looking to upgrade your office attire with something providing under-the-radar benefits in a traditional look, this one's for you.

Our AIR fabric is a patent-pending innovation that brings the look of tailoring into the modern age. Subtly textured, plenty of stretch and impossibly light, you've found your match if you tend to overheat, or find yourself in highly active roles with lots of movement. It's the suit for guys who can't stand suits.

How do I know if my suit fits?

Before you head out the door into the great unknown, here's a few things to check:

The shoulders: The shoulder seam of the blazer should be positioned right where your arm meets your shoulder, allowing the sleeve to drop in a straight line, without creases or bulging. Too small, and the shoulder pads won't create a crisp line up top. Too long, and the sleeve will bow in.

The back: The rear of your suit should fit close to your back, but not be pulling or wrinkling. This means it's too small. Alternatively, a billowy or loose-fitting back means you've gone too large.

The sleeves: These should hit right at your wrist bone and show a peek of your shirt cuff. You didn't put all that work into coordinating to hide it, right?

Closure: look for the top button to hit around your belly button. When buttoned, you should have room for a fist between the inside of the blazer and your shirt. This provides enough slack to avoid the dreaded "X" from a too-tight fit, but still allows a gentle level of contouring in the midsection.

Length: With your hands at your side, look for your blazer hem to land around your knuckles, or a little bit higher, depending on personal preference.
