My box says I get a free shirt for referring a friend, but when I refer someone all I seem to be getting is loyalty points. What gives?

Totally get where you're coming from! We order boxes in bulk (tens of thousands at a time), and when we switched over to our new loyalty program, we still had a bunch left that promoted our original referral program that needed to be used. We have an updated loyalty message ready to go for when our new order of boxes comes in!
