I received my purchase more than 30 days ago; can I make a return from that order?
We accept late returns and exchanges on a case by case basis, so please be sure to reach out to us at help@twillory.com for confirmation. If the return is authorized, we do have to charge an initial processing fee of $15, plus $5 per item for all approved late returns.
